Welcome to QalamChat. QalamChat is an online learning platform that provides tools for teachers, educational institutions, and students. The platform includes features such as AI-assisted chat, live class sessions, shared notebooks, vocabulary tools, and course management for educational purposes.

By accessing or using QalamChat, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Platform

QalamChat may be used by students, teachers, and educational institutions. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Misuse the AI features
  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Disrupt the operation of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

2. Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. QalamChat is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

3. Teachers and Institutions

Teachers and educational institutions may use the platform to create courses, manage students, and run live learning sessions. QalamChat provides the technology platform but does not control or supervise the educational content delivered by teachers or institutions.

Institution administrators are responsible for managing their users, controlling access to institutional courses and sessions, and ensuring compliance with applicable educational policies and regulations.

4. AI Features and Disclaimer

QalamChat provides AI-powered learning tools such as chat assistants. AI-generated responses are automatically produced by software systems and may occasionally contain errors, incomplete information, or inaccurate explanations.

Users should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for academic, professional, legal, or medical decisions. Teachers and students are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated information when necessary. QalamChat does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content.

5. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Some features of QalamChat may require a paid subscription, including premium AI chat features, additional usage limits, and advanced platform features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

Students may optionally purchase premium features such as extended AI chat usage. These purchases provide access to enhanced features within the platform but do not create any educational certification or guarantee academic outcomes. Premium features are personal to the user account and may not be shared or transferred.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. QalamChat may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

QalamChat is provided "as is". We are not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, user-generated content, or decisions made based on AI responses.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
