QalamChat offers subscription-based access to certain premium features.
1. Subscriptions
Some features of the platform require a paid subscription. These may include premium AI chat features, increased usage limits, and additional platform capabilities. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.
2. Refunds
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused time
- User inactivity
Refund decisions are made at the discretion of QalamChat.
3. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
